Arizona Resident Requirements

If you are an Arizona resident you may only purchase Arizona-approved fireworks, UNLESS you have:

Permit From Fire Department

An Arizona state agricultural license

(I can assist in obtaining this)

Federal Type 54 explosives license or other explosive license

A shooters certificate . . .

may be used to purchase 1.4 g Pro Line, but you would still need a permit to use them or a license listed above, and you must have over three years verifiable shooting experience to purchase.

Arizona Tribal Members

Arizona driver's license must have tribal address

You may export from Arizona to your sovereign nation per your Tribe's rules, but use may require a permit that begins the moment you enter tribal boundry

A website and business card to confirm these fireworks are being sold and distributed out of state

Sign a statement to the fact that you are not diverting to the street. If I find out you are selling illegally you will be reported.

Businesses that sell fireworks on the Indian Reservations are subject to Federal Laws only and the rules of the tribe at the moment they cross into sovereign nation boundry.

Non Az Resident Wholesale Purchase for Export

Any firework company is exempt from Arizona resident requirements

You may pick up in person or have it shipped.

Can ship to residential or business address.

Non Az Resident for Personal Use

Out of state identification

Proof of out of state residency to include:

  • Pay stub or bank statement less than 30 days old.
  • Vehicle registration insurance.
  • Utility bill

We need 100% confirmation that your purcahse is leaving the state and is bona fide per the verbiage of Arizona law.

If I think it will not leave the state, I will not allow the purchase.
